Rules of driving a car in Montenegro

   Rules of driving a car in Montenegro:
- It is obligatory to fasten a belt
- It is necessary to go with switched on headlights
- It is impossible to exceed permissible speed
- It is impossible to speak the phone during driving
- It is necessary to carry the passport
- It is necessary to carry the international driving licence

   Cars insurance and the road duty:
   - All cars must be insured
   - Insurance procedure is passed at the border

   Penalties for non-observance of traffic rules:
• појас – not fastened seat belt – 20 Euro
• неупаљенасвијетла – driving with the switched off headlights – 30 Euro
• прекорачењебрзине – excess of speed – 35 Euro
• неношењедокумената – absence of documents – 20 Euro
• разговарањетелефоном – a phone conversation during driving – 20 Euro
