   Network technologies and means of their service develop in the country intensively enough. There is one basic provider which provides almost all kinds of network services in the country. It is possible to find a lot of Internet cafes (seven days in a week they are usually open) practically in all cities of the country.
   The mobile communication works at GSM standard in Montenegro. Therefore it is possible to use roaming, but some people consider that it is more convenient and favourable to buy a card of Montenegro operators in place.

   Sim cards and express payment cards are on sale everywhere in post offices, shops, newspaper and tobacco booths, and also at offices of operators of mobile communication. To dial a mobile number from a call box it is necessary to type a code of the operator before the number.
   For calls from a street call box including abroad telephone are used in Montenegro. They are on sale in post offices and booths. In the internal areas there are phones working by coins, but frequently they accept only one certain kind of coins. Calls from hotels are much more expensive and the quality of connection is usually lower, than from a call box. There are phones accepting credit cards in the resort areas of Montenegro.
